Vera Wang 2017 Spring Collection
Vera Wang ditched the showroom and bridal atelier to release her latest collection through film. Director Gordon von Steiner created the film (below) to encapsulate the beauty of Vera Wang’s bride-to-be.
Filled with tulle and lace, the film captures the high-fashion element Wang creates for celebrities as well as the modesty and beauty of Spring.
The 2017 collection features pearls and floral embroidery, highlighting Wang’s sexy silhouettes and romantic, dreamy trains. The long-sleeve, high-neck and floor-length designs with the added element of peplum and princess creates a Spring collection for the modern bride.
Wang’s latest bridal film, “Désir à l’Anglaise,” features the 2017 Spring Bridal Collection. Directed by Gordon von Steiner, “Désir à l’Anglaise” celebrates the profound restraint of the British monarchy, the grandeur of English aristocracy, and the drama of real ball gowns within the context of today.
