The Yarra Valley is Victoria’s premier wine region and the hotel is adjacent to the world-renowned Yering Station Winery. Chateau Yering Hotel was the site of the first vineyard planted in the region in 1838 and our stone wine cellar, built in 1840, is still in use today.
Eleonore’s Restaurant, named after one of the Yarra Valley’s pioneers, is an elegant, award-winning dining room for dinner and weekend High Tea. The light-filled and more casual atmosphere of Sweetwater Café is ideal for breakfasts or weekend lunches.
