What started off as a weekend spit-roast business is now a respected catering company. Caterforce has more than 23 years’ invaluable industry experience under its belt, having worked a range of events from corporate styled affairs to small and big weddings. The busy team knows the importance of your special day and as they cater for approximately four weddings a week, they treat clients with a personal approach ensuring everything runs smoothly on the big day.
Owner, Cathie Reid, started the business in 1995 and ensures that all team members are trained to treat clients and guests as if they were catering for their own family and friends. “We ensure our clients receive the style of food and atmosphere they require,” Cathie says. “We tailor menus if needed.”
The company offers five different wedding menus including an extensive and mouth-watering list of dishes. “We realise our functions and attention to detail is how we will continue to grow,” Cathie explains. “We strive to ensure our clients and their guests receive the best service and meals.”
Luckily, Caterforce offers a range of services including full catering, casual finger food, buffet, seated shared platters and seated plated meals. For the bride and groom, there’s a bit of decision-making to do before meeting the team for a discussion. “Once they have selected a date and a venue (we can assist with local venue choices), approximate numbers and the style of menu they are seeking, then we can discuss their requirements in detail,” Cathie says.
